Hieracium daedalolepioides Vulgata

Similar to anglorum. Bright green, often suffused reddish, thickish, small, little toothed leaves are diagnostic. 

This has small bright mid green (or slightly glaucous) leaves.(anglorum - larger longer pale yellowish/greyish green leaves with larger sharper more regular teeth).

Plant has few shortish simple hairs on the peduncles (anglorum has numerous longer simple hairs on the peduncles).

Has fully discoloured styles ( anglorum styles are usually yellowish to slightlydiscoloured). See pictures in M. Shaw book.
